FAQ's

1. How do I check the shipping status of my order?
   Ans: You will receive a shipping confirmation E-mail with tracking information. You can track your package using the provided tracking number. 

2. What are the standard delivery times?
   Ans: The standard delivery times for shipping within Punjab is 01-02 days. And for regions other than Punjab it will take 03-05 days.

3. What are the payment methods offered by Ode to Beauty?
   Ans: We are only offering COD for all orders. 
   
   

4. What if I want to return or exchange my order after I have received it?
   Ans: Contact us within 7 days of delivery to return your orders. In case of return you can only replace your items with new ones. No refunds will be be provided in any condition.

5. What if my order is lost or damaged?
   Ans: Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. You can contact us on our customer support number.

6. How can I cancel my order? 
   Ans: you can only cancel your orders within 24 hours of placing your order. Contact our customer support to process order cancellations. 

Shipping Policy

Processing Times: It will be processed within 01 working day (within next 24 hours with exception of holidays). The conformation E-mail will be sent to the customer within next 24 hours.

Note: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment confirmation.

Shipping Methods: We offer standard shipping via TCS Express for domestic orders.

Shipping Rates: Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of the package and the destination address. Customers can view the shipping rates at checkout before completing their purchase.

Shipping Confirmation: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation E-mail with tracking information. You can track your package using the provided tracking number. 

Delivery Time: Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method selected and the destination address.

a. Within Lahore, it will take 01-02 days.

b. Within the Punjab Province, it will take 01-02 days.

c. Within Pakistan (other than Punjab Province), it will take 03-05 days.

Shipping Restrictions: We are only shipping in Pakistan.

Returns Policy

Return Eligibility: We accept returns on eligible items within 07 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and with all tags and packaging intact in the best condition possible.

Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team (see Contact Us) with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions for returning the item.

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of the item.

Refund Processing: Currently, we are working purely on COD method, therefore, only exchange of claimed product is possible. No refund will be provided in any condition. 

Exchanges: We do not offer direct exchanges unless they fulfill the method for "Refund Processing". Considering this scenario, if you would like to exchange an item, please follow the return process to return the original item. 

Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement as soon as possible.
